Hygrophila Corymbosa is a very undemanding starter plant that originates from Asia, it grows extremely fast under adequate light and constantly needs pruning due to its fast growing nature, once every week- two weeks typically. When planted, the stems will develop roots through the soil very fast. During your next trim, the cutting can be simply be "replanted" without inserting the cutting into the soil, instead you can push the cutting into the mother plant and it will reattach itself and create a very large, bushy effect. I planted some cuttings into my 75 gallon driftwood, simply pushing them into any crack in the wood. The roots will anchor the plant as shown in the photos without need for any potentially poisonous adhesives and grow into a very natural looking aquascapeOne of the easiest plants to create a large, bushy effect on your aquascape & a personal favourite of mine. Just keep trimming and putting them shoots back into the plant. You will get roots in a week tops if you keep proper parameters.
