At BigBass Aquatics, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that continues to bring repeat customers who will only purchase for the best quality plants for their aquatic pets. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent.

 

Every plant comes with proper care instructions and is a non-refundable purchase. If there are issues from shipping, please message me ASAP with photos of the plant so I can give you instruction on how to bring it back to life. If the plant is unable to be saved I will send you a replacement. My neocaridina shrimp come with a DOA (dead on arrival) guarentee and acclimatization instructions to properly introduce your shrimp to the tank.

Shipping Policy

How It Works

I ship on Monday and sometimes on Tuesday with express shipping, Canada wide. It is a flat rate charge of $29.99 CAD to ensure the package gets to you soon as possible and reduces chance of the plant or shrimp arriving not in perfect condition.

Returns

Every plant comes with proper care instructions and is a non-refundable purchase. If there are issue from shipping, please message me ASAP with photos of the plant or shrimp purchased. I will send a replacment if the plant or shrimp is considered DOA (dead on arrival)
